Commercial Gas Certificate – Registered Gas Safe Engineers

It is a legal requirement for all commercial properties in the United Kingdom to have an accurate and up to date commercial gas certificate. A commercial gas certificate is issued only when the property has been fully inspected and verified as gas safe to an agreed level. You are legally obliged to obtain, retain and present your commercial gas certificate at any time, if requested to do so by any relevant local authority. Failure to do so can result in heavy penalties.
